"I am a 1976 graduate of Sinclair with a degree in Dental Hygiene. This degree led me to a succesful and fulfilling career as a dental hygienist. Additionally, I taught as a parttime Clinical instructor at Sinclair and realized that was another avenue that I wanted to pursue. I finished my undergraduate and graduate degrees as an adult while balancing my personal and professional life to accomplish my goals. Tod ay, I am an associate professor at Sinclair in the Department of Dental Hygiene. Thank you Sinclair for providing me with the opportunities and experiences to meet these challenges in more ways than I can express."

"I graduated from the ASEP program in 2006, and due to how affordable Sinclair is, I am now a returning student. I am almost done with a additional associates degree in marketing. I would not have been able to do this if  Sinclair was not so affordable. And now I also work at the ELC as a student assistant. I love working for Sinclair and meeting new peop le. It has taught me many job skills that I will use in future work places."

"Sinclair has been very good to me. In March 2006, I had been made aware of some very critical medical challenges. To this day, I have not gotten them all worked out. I had missed a lot of school work. The faculty and staff at Sinclair have worked with me every step of the way. Now, medical issues and all, I am one quarter away from earning two degrees with one being a math emphasis. Sinclair is truly a place of love and support. This is my success story. Thank you Sinclair!!"

Felicia Jackson, Current Student, Centerville

"I came to Sinclair College in 1960 for one term. I returned in 1979 when my first-born child decided to attend Sinclair Community College. I completed my AA at Sinclair, went on to Antioch University to earn my bachelor degree and then attended the University of Dayton to earn my Master of Science in Education/Social Agency Counseling. I became a Licensed Social Worker. I have been a part-time instructor for the Child & Family Education Department and an academic advisor for the CFE Department. Since I moved to the Academic Advising Department I have been advising Sinclair Community College students in many programs.

The support from faculty, professional staff, and support staff (my Sinclair family) that I received as a returning student, continuing student, and employee was wonderful. One daughter earned her Associate of Applied Science degree. The other daughter attended Sinclair while in high school to earn credits that transferred to a four-year college. I am now taking classes through the College for Lifelong Learning. With the Early Childhood Learning Center serving children ages 3-5, attending Sinclair Community College can be long term for the entire family."

Jean Riegle, (Sinclair Graduate), Huber Heights

"I am starting my fourth year as a Special Adjunct in the Department of Communication, and have seen first hand the impact that Sinclair makes on the lives of students and the members of the community. This is a super place to teach. There is not a day where I have not learned something in the process of working with my students!"

John Ulrich, (Sincair Faculty), Springboro

"I am the Sinclair ARC (Academic Resource Center) Instructor at Stebbins High School and have seen first-hand how Sinclair has not only made education affordable, but, with programs like the ARC, has reached out to the community to help high school students make the connection to college.
At Sinclair, we are about helping people achieve their goals and realize their dreams -- affordably!"
